Elmia Subcontractor brings together the manufacturing industry experts under one roof.

The Wieland Group today is one of the world’s leading specialists in copper and copper alloys. Nothing works without copper in our ultra-modern, technological world.

The focus at this year´s Elmia Subcontractor is on solutions for drinking-water applications, especially on our premium alloy Ecobrass, the lead-free machining brass. Further highlights presented by Wieland are, for example, finned tubes and high-performance tubes for the cooling industry.

The lead-free machining brass ECOBRASS can be perfectly processed by machining, forging and cold working. It is available in the form of rods, wires, sections and tubes.

Precision brass

The Wieland precision rod W5000 meets the highest requirements with a significantly higher straightness than specified in product standards. This allows markedly higher machining speeds to be achieved on state-of-the-art automatic lathes.

Installation tubes

Installation tubes can be used in a variety of applications such as drinking-water installations, cooling and heating, transportation of medical gases and other industrial applications.

Finned tubes

Finned tubes from Wieland Thermal Solutions are manufactured from smooth tubes using a rolling process. They enable you to realise highly compact, efficient and yet robust heat exchangers.

Wieland K65 for CO2

Our K65 tubes and connections are preferably used for installations with CO2 as environmentally friendly refrigerant. The K65 product portfolio offers a system made of copper for high-pressure applications.
