Electrical installation
Copper and copper alloys play an important role in electrical installation due to their excellent electrical conductivity and machinability.
Apart from rods and wires, sections and sectional wires are often used. Sections have the advantage that the finished part can be made by simply cutting the section to length, as for example, lustre-terminal sections.
