High Performance Heat Transfer for Hydrocarbon Processes
GEWA-PB combines a nucleate boiling structure on the shell side with a spiral fin structure on the tube side. Both surfaces are designed to enhance heat transfer and provide high thermal performance in demanding hydrocarbon refrigeration and process applications.
The optimized tube geometry supports efficient boiling, gas and liquid cooling, and condensation while enabling compact heat exchanger designs.
Key benefits
- High heat transfer efficiency through dual enhanced surfaces
- Compact and lightweight heat exchanger designs
- Reduced energy consumption and CO₂ emissions during operation
- Potential savings in CAPEX and OPEX
