Innergrooved Heat Transfer Tubes cuprofin® – for Condensation, Evaporation and ACR Applications

 

Wieland cuprofin tubes are efficient heat transfer tubes for one-phase and two-phase flow as well as for evaporation and condensation. They enable the flexible production of efficient and compact heat exchangers without the need to keep different specialized tube types in stock.

 

The product variants are designed for different heat exchanger requirements, including tube-side condensation, tube-side evaporation, injection evaporators, single-phase heat transfer, CO₂ heat exchangers, seawater applications and compact microgroove designs.

Delivery Formats

 

Level-wound coils

Available in level-wound coils for efficient handling in high-volume manufacturing processes. Long continuous tube lengths help reduce material waste and increase productivity. Coil weights 100 kg, 150 kg or 300 kg.

 

Straight lengths

Available as straight lengths for applications requiring predefined dimensions, precise fabrication, or direct installation into heat exchangers and industrial equipment. Straight lengths up to 7,9 m.
