The range is designed to provide reliable heat rejection in applications requiring high efficiency, operational flexibility and long service life.
Further Information
Finned coil design
The finned coils are manufactured with copper tubes and aluminium fins. The fins feature a high-efficiency corrugated profile designed to maximize heat transfer performance while ensuring optimized air distribution. Coil circuiting is specifically designed for refrigerant condensing duty, ensuring low pressure drop, complete condensation and stable operation across the full range of operating conditions.
For corrosive or demanding environments, a range of protective solutions is available on request, including stainless steel tubes, pre-coated aluminium fins, and specialized coil coatings to enhance durability and corrosion resistance.
Frame and casing
Depending on the product range, the units are manufactured with galvanized steel and aluminium frames, finished with a durable RAL 9016 powder coating to ensure long-lasting protection.
For installations in particularly aggressive environments, stainless steel frame is available on request, providing enhanced corrosion resistance and extended service life.
Fan technology
The product range incorporates advanced fan technology for each application. All our units are equipped with high-efficiency external rotor fans carefully sized and selected to ensure the perfect balance between airflow, energy efficiency, and acoustic comfort, providing reliable and high-performance operation in every installation.
Adiabatic
An optional adiabatic pre-cooling system is available across the full range of Wieland remote condensers, providing a significant boost in heat rejection capacity during periods of high ambient temperature.
The system operates by introducing water into the air stream upstream of the coil using spray nozzles or humidification media. As the water evaporates, it absorbs heat from the incoming air, lowering its dry-bulb temperature before it reaches the heat exchange surface. This reduction in inlet air temperature directly lowers the condensing temperature, allowing for greater heat rejection and improved system efficiency without increasing fan speed or unit footprint.
Control
Wieland remote condensers offer a range of fan speed control solutions to optimize energy consumption and maintain stable condensing pressure under varying load and ambient conditions.
By modulating airflow according to condensing pressure, process load and ambient temperature, fan speed regulation reduces energy consumption at partial load and limits noise emission. Available options include step regulators, cut-off-phase regulators, inverters (VFD) for continuous speed adjustment, and latest-generation EC fans with integrated electronic controls, combining maximum efficiency with precise condensing pressure control and advanced communication capabilities.
Testing
All coils are subjected to pneumatic testing at the designated test pressure to guarantee the highest level of leak integrity. Coils are supplied dehydrated and pressurized with a dry gas holding charge, ready for installation in the refrigeration circuit.
To guarantee the highest level of quality and reliability, every unit is subjected to a thorough functional test prior to dispatch. Fan operation, motor performance, electrical connections, and control components are carefully inspected and verified to ensure full functionality and compliance with design specifications.
This rigorous quality control process ensures safe operation, reduces installation risks, and delivers a unit that is ready for efficient and trouble-free commissioning.
Available options depend on the selected product range and configuration.
