Wieland grinding machines support precise internal and external machining, contour grinding, multifunctional grinding, milling and turning, as well as complete machining in one clamping or setup. Depending on the machine type, the portfolio covers inside diameter, outside diameter and face grinding, non-round and contour grinding, shaft center and profile grinding, and the machining of orthogonally arranged surfaces.
The range includes DT 100 IA, DT 500 CG, DT 600 SK, DT 700 VIPA, DT 2000 ZPS and DT 3000 SRK for different precision machining requirements.
The DT 100 IA masters the complex internal and external machining of small workpieces, including transfer. The linked system grinds the inside diameter, faces or outside diameter of small chuck and shaft parts with high precision via separate axes.
The DT 100 IA also allows the use of in-process and post-process measuring devices for quality and safety in the product result.
The DT 500 CG is the solution for µ-precise machining of geometrically complex workpieces. Thanks to flexible 5-axis kinematics, multifunctional machining operations can be realized in one clamping.
The machine is designed for non-round and contour grinding on high-precision parts, for example in mechanical engineering, aerospace, mobile hydraulics and medical technology.
The DT 600 SK is established as a multifunctional machining center for efficient grinding, milling and turning. Its 5-axis kinematics system enables flange-shaped parts to be produced in one operation.
The advantage is fast, efficient production with maximum precision.
The DT 700 VIPA processes flange-shaped workpieces inside, outside and faces in one clamping. The components are set up before and outside of the 5-axis system.
An integrated probe measures the part before and after grinding to ensure its perfect position.
The DT 2000 ZPS grinds the center as well as a frontal profile of shafts in one clamping. The shafts are dynamically aligned in advance, and the center is then also dynamically ground.
To guarantee the perfect position of the profile, measurements are taken before and after profile grinding using an integrated measuring probe.
The DT 3000 SRK external and jig grinding machine offers the possibility to measure, adjust and machine orthogonally arranged surfaces completely in one clamping or setup.
