    Grinding Machines

    For highest precision grinding Wieland offers modular grinding machines for µ-accurate cylindrical and non-round grinding as well as internal and external machining. The product range includes different machine concepts for small workpieces, geometrically complex parts, flange-shaped components, shafts and orthogonally arranged surfaces.

    Processing Units

    Wieland processing units include spindle units, slide units, facing units and special units for machine-specific machining requirements. The range covers standard spindle unit sizes, positioning and feed units, facing heads for special purpose machines and tailored solutions for specific machining tasks.

    Robotics

    We offer the opportunity to precisely machine geometrically complex workpieces with industrial robots. During the machining, the robot is supported by additional guiding systems or is locked in case of the highest precision requirements. Especially for large workpieces with free form surface and tight production tolerances our machine concept is an efficient and cost-effective alternative to a normal machining centre. Via "Run MyRobot" the robot is fully integrated into the CNC control. Neither operators nor programmers need any robot programming knowledge.
