Data protection information for the use of this online notification

 

The Wieland online notification is intended for our registered suppliers, forwarding agents and customers. In order to use it, you must first register in order to be able to notify metal deliveries online. For this purpose, we collect the personal data that you enter in the registration form.

 

For this purpose, the following data and a self-chosen password must be entered; the mandatory data are marked with a *: Role*, title*, company*, surname*, first name*, e-mail (=user name)*, address*, postal code*, city*, telephone*, telephone extension*, country*, password* (to be chosen and confirmed by yourself).

This data is required for the creation of a user. After registration, the registration data will be sent via the e-mail address provided and you can then log in with your password via the registration form. Your user data is stored by us in an SAP system to which only special employees of the IT administration and logistics have access, who are committed to confidentiality and data protection.In addition, when you visit our website, the browser used on your terminal device automatically sends the usual technical information to the server of our website and stores it in so-called log files. 2. Information according to art. 13 DS-GVO

The processing of the personal data recorded in the registration process takes place on the basis of the consent pursuant to
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DS-GVO or for the purposes of initiating business or implementing pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DS-GVO.

 

We store log files and comparable allocation data for security purposes of our web offers on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 lit. f) of the DS-GVO.

 

After the discontinuation of the purpose or revocation of the consent, these will be deleted immediately, unless there is a legal obligation to fulfil a legal storage obligation.

 

If users of the online notification do not register for more than half a year, the access data is automatically deleted by way of the annual deletion routine. The log data is stored for ten years due to legal retention periods for documentation purposes. They are not used for other purposes. The data transmission via the registration and registration form as well as when using the online notification is secured by suitable current encryption technologies.

 

3. Rights as data subject

You have a right to information about the personal data relating to your person that are stored by us. In addition, you have the right to correct, delete, restrict or revoke the processing of your data, as well as the right to data transfer. In addition, you can revoke your consent at any time or object to the processing of your data on the basis of legitimate interests. If you send us a written request for our contact data, we will comply with your request. There is a right of complaint with the supervisory authority / state representative for data protection.
